Proclinical is partnering with a with a leading Contract Research Organisation to advertise a vacancy for a SCRA/CRA II position. The company, which prides itself on its timely, no-nonsense approach to project delivery, is seeking for an experienced individual to join their team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity to bring expertise to a prestigious CRO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting and reporting all types of onsite monitoring visits.
• Becoming involved in study startups.
• Performing CRF reviews, verifying source documents, and querying resolutions.
• Overseeing site communication and management.
• Acting as a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors.
• Communicating with internal project teams regarding study progress.
• Participating in feasibility research.
• Supporting regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions.

Skills and Requirements:

• A BA/BS/BSc in life sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Independent on-site monitoring experience in Italy.
• Demonstrable experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III.
• Demonstrable experience with infectious diseases, antibiotic studies, gastroenterology, onco-haematology.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Capable of travelling.
• Capable of working independently, analysing, working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solve problems.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
