Proclinical is currently seeking an SAP Support Specialist for its client located in North Wales, PA. Successful candidate will be primarily responsible to help maintain CMO portal functionality and assist CMO users with transaction execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting CMO Portal IT technical issues impacting the CMOs ability to complete required inventory management transactions.
  • Assisting in tactical issue resolution creating IT help desk tickets for items requiring further support/investigation as well as supporting CMO portal end users in completing the necessary SAP transactions.
  • Prioritizing critical issues, understanding business needs, patient impact, and timelines, to ensure compliance, while reinforcing Right the First Time principles.
  • Working cross functionally with CMOs, IT, Quality, Master Planning, CSPMs, Logistics, and Global Trade Compliance to support GCS CMO Portal issue resolution.
  • Participating in SAP business contingency plan for material movements.
  • Communicating needs to expedite and/or prioritize shipments as required.
  • Representing functional areas on internal teams as appropriate.
  • Delivering training where applicable.
  • Developing and reporting metrics.
  • Participating in process improvement or learning events.
  • Supporting data collections and analysis of the business process KPI.

Skills and Requirements

  • BS in life science, engineering, or business (required) and 3+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, and/or distribution. Direct experience with SAP related to Material Handling, Packaging Execution. Order To Cash preferred.
  • Familiar with inventory management concept and principles.
  • Ability to think critically in addressing issues such as investigations and complaints.
  • Proven analytical skills, detail-orientated.
  • Interpersonal skills in verbal and written communication, ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts and engage in decision making to partner and influence.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications.
  • Proven organization skills.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and ability to function independently with minimal or no daily supervision.
