Proclinical is happy to advertise that an innovative medical technology start-up has an opening for a Sales Representative position in their office in Germany. The company discovers and develops ground-breaking products and services; in particular, they focus on advancing women's health and well-being. They are currently looking to take over the German market, and are therefore looking for a Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial and hungry spirit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring sales objectives are achieved within assigned territories.
- Identifying business opportunities to grow market shares.
- Participating in marketing activities, such as training workshops, conferences, and symposiums.
Skills and Requirements:
- A bachelor's in Business or Marketing, or equivalent in experience.
- Demonstrable experience in the medical technology industry, preferably in Gastro or Endoscopy.
- A proven track record of acquiring new profitable business within the medical technology industry.
- Demonstrable experience in business building.
- Capability to challenge decisions and status quo.
- Working well with both local and international teams.
- Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are required in both English and German.
- Strong team ethos, with a demonstrated track record of success in cross-functional team and fast-moving environment.
- An ability to manage multiple simultaneously to ensure timely, on-target, and within budget accomplishment of tasks.
- Proficiency in German desirable.
