Proclinical is happy to advertise that an innovative medical technology start-up has an opening for a Sales Representative position in their office in Germany. The company discovers and develops ground-breaking products and services; in particular, they focus on advancing women's health and well-being. They are currently looking to take over the German market, and are therefore looking for a Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial and hungry spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring sales objectives are achieved within assigned territories.
Identifying business opportunities to grow market shares.
Participating in marketing activities, such as training workshops, conferences, and symposiums.

Skills and Requirements:

A bachelor's in Business or Marketing, or equivalent in experience.
Demonstrable experience in the medical technology industry, preferably in Gastro or Endoscopy.
A proven track record of acquiring new profitable business within the medical technology industry.
Demonstrable experience in business building.
Capability to challenge decisions and status quo.
Working well with both local and international teams.
Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are required in both English and German.
Strong team ethos, with a demonstrated track record of success in cross-functional team and fast-moving environment.
An ability to manage multiple simultaneously to ensure timely, on-target, and within budget accomplishment of tasks.
Proficiency in German desirable.
