Sales engineer Pathology and Hospitals (M/W)

A global and leading health technology company is currently recruiting a Sales Engineer Pathology and Hospitals. Based in Munich, this is an exciting opportunity to bring expertise and skills to an established and in-demand company and drive forth the sales department.

Job Responsibilities

• Defining the sales development and strategy in Germany, Switzerland and Austria in relation with marketing department
• Promoting and selling images & AI solutions
• Analysing customer's needs
• Creating a dynamic sales funnel by prospection and development
• Doing product demonstrations
• Writing offers and technical reports
• Developing commercial relationships with partners
• Providing support to the production teams
• Nurturing and maintaining CRM and commercial tools
• Providing regular reporting

Skills and Requirements

• Pathologist, biologist or with scientific background and 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales
• Proven track record in sales of digital pathology and /or services related to pathology
• Person with a strong network in the fields of Pathology and Hospitals in the Germanic countries
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Motivated, pro-active and open-mind attitude
• Start-up state of mind
• Very good interpersonal skills, excellent presentation
• Native in German, fluent in English and French would be a plus
• PhD degree preferred
