ProClinical, in support of our client, are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Manager, based in California. The successful candidate will be tasked with sales performance goals to maximize revenue, profitability and market share of our client via the sales execution of a full suite of software products to Life Sciences accounts.


  • Direct major account sales for products and services, while developing a credible, advisory relationship with targeted accounts.
  • Understand the goals and challenges of each account, specifically related to Validation Lifecycle Management.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Presales and Management to drive and manage the sales plan.
  • Identify, establish, report and maintain opportunity pipeline and forecast.

Skills And Qualifications

  • BA/BS and 5+ recent years selling complex application software solutions.
  • Background selling Enterprise Applications Sales to Life Science companies required.
  • Experience with QMS, ECM, Validation and PLM solutions preferred.
  • Clear understanding of the sales process, product, and service value propositions.
  • Capability to leverage your relationships and your knowledge of the territory in which you are selling
  • Track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Zoho or other CRM systems.
  • 40-60% travel.
