Sales Account Manager

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Sales Account Manager, based in Boston, MA. The successful individual will drive and support sales efforts in a given territory by using their knowledge of business and corporate contacts, as well as by implementing sales and marketing products and service strategies.

Responsibilities

• Work with and support sales efforts for related product/service lines.
• Work closely with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) team and sales team counterparts to build the brand and meet personal and team sales objectives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the territory sales strategies and tactics for
  products/services, new markets and new applications.
• Share market knowledge with Sales, Business Development, TAM and Marketing teams.
• Drive business expansion in collaboration with inside technical support team.
• Build up business reference network for new business expansion.
• Accurately forecast sales within an assigned territory on a weekly basis.

Skills And Qualifications

• Academic degree in scientific disciplines, preferably life science.
• Relevant sales experience preferred and a high level of technical and professional expertise.
• Knowledge of the biological and CRO market, with an emphasis on Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, BioAssay, Antibody and Cell Line Products/Services.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a strong command of English. Multilingual communication skills preferred.
