RMA and Document Control Specialist

Proclinical, in support of our client, are seeking an individual to fill the role of Senior Project Manager, based in the greater Indianapolis area. The successful candidate will join the senior project management team as an early point of contact with the client and a key relationship builder. They will be leading planning phases on client sites and will bring projects successfully through planning and into execution.

Responsibilities

• Early point of contact for client engagement.
• Develop a suitable project/program structure based on the client's requirements.
• Lead onsite planning sessions with the client: Work Breakdown Structures to detailed project planning.
• Regular presentations to site leadership and project sponsors.
• Bring site projects through detailed planning and develop project charters.
• Develop key project measurement points and develop required project tracking tools.
• Develop project resource map.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Track all project deliverables and develop project status reports to present to senior management.
• Support and mentor project managers as required.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage, report and escalate risks and decisions to management as required.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Own project scope of work and deliverables to the project sponsor.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA in related engineering/scientific field and 10-15 years' experience in medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of the practical use of Work Breakdown Structure, MS Project, stakeholder analyses and project measurement.
