An international medical devices company is advertising a vacancy for a Responsible Administration Des Ventes based in their office in Paris. The organisation is renowned for developing, manufacturing, and marketing solutions for blood sampling, immunoassay testing, and related IT management systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global establishment and bolster a career in the pharmaceutical commercial field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with customers, followed by files.
- Review, enter, process, invoice orders.
- Review, seize, process rentals, CPR / CPT and MAD.
- Set up a financial follow-up of MAD contracts and test costs.
- Update the annual public rate.
- Disseminate the annual public rate to the management.
- Manage the activities of the Commercial Assistants.
- Manage communications with the parent company and solve problems at the level of deliveries, billing, management orders, management tool computer (ERP).
- Attend Extended Staff meetings.
- Deal with the malfunctions of the ADV service.
- Implement delivery priorities during product allocation periods.
- Adapt the organization of the service to the evolution of the market and the internal structure.
- Monitoring of the ADV service indicators - application of the Daily Management to the ADV activity.
- Ensure the good functioning of the service and the working environment ("Great place to work").
- Define, implement and monitor corrective actions related to open and ADV customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
- Know and apply the procedures of the Quality system.
- Know the internal procedures related to Safety.
- Master and promote the DBS tools within the ADV team (PSP, Kaizen, DM).
- Enter, process, invoice orders from another sector (binomial).
- Perform any business process support operation.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree or Master Degree, with a professional experience of at least 10 years.
- Manage a team with several direct collaborators.
- Work organization, respect of processes.
- Improve and optimize ADV work according to the principle of continuous improvement and adapt the team structure and processes due to the change of activity and market dynamics.
- Realize statistics, have analytical skills.
- Collaborate with other services (sales, marketing, after-sales service) on customer files to quickly solve problems.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
