Proclinical is currently advertising on behalf of a fabulous British healthcare company that offers a range of medicines, medical devices, diagnostics and OTC products.
The company is currently seeking an Administrative Reporting Line to join their UK-based team.
The incumbent will provide full administrative support for the company's Regulatory Affairs activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing Electronic Common Technical Documents (eCTD), and ensuring quality control; these dossiers will be reviewed and submitted for Marketing Authorisation Applications, responses, variations and renewals.
- Liaising with Regulatory Agencies and Partner Companies to facilitate the approval of Marketing Authorisations, variations and renewals.
- Controlling documentation to ensure compliance with Marketing Authorisations.
- Implementing Regulatory Intelligence by maintain awareness of existing and new legislation/guidance documents, whilst ensuring compliance and that colleagues/partners are kept up to date over any changes.
Skills and Requirements:
- At least a Bachelors in a Life Science subject.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Experience with MS Office software.
- Previous or related experience is non-essential, so new graduates are welcome to apply.
This job will pay up to £23,000, to be discussed.
