Proclinical is currently advertising on behalf of a fabulous British healthcare company that offers a range of medicines, medical devices, diagnostics and OTC products.

The company is currently seeking an Administrative Reporting Line to join their UK-based team.

The incumbent will provide full administrative support for the company's Regulatory Affairs activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing Electronic Common Technical Documents (eCTD), and ensuring quality control; these dossiers will be reviewed and submitted for Marketing Authorisation Applications, responses, variations and renewals.
Liaising with Regulatory Agencies and Partner Companies to facilitate the approval of Marketing Authorisations, variations and renewals.
Controlling documentation to ensure compliance with Marketing Authorisations.
Implementing Regulatory Intelligence by maintain awareness of existing and new legislation/guidance documents, whilst ensuring compliance and that colleagues/partners are kept up to date over any changes.

Skills and Requirements:

At least a Bachelors in a Life Science subject.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Experience with MS Office software.
Previous or related experience is non-essential, so new graduates are welcome to apply.

This job will pay up to £23,000, to be discussed.
