Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Northern China on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
  • Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities so these objectives are met.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
  • Assist regional sales manager do some daily management work to achieve the regional sales target.
  • Support regional sales manager to control the cost and budget, business trip approval, expense check and approval.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biotechnology or pharm.
  • Rich process experience in life science industry with 5 years plus sales experiences.
  • Good communication skills, good responsibility, work independently, willingness to travel frequently
  • Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, hard working
  • Good selling and negotiation skill
  • Key account management skill and account planning skill
  • Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent oral and written communication s in English and Mandarin
  • Good PC skills
