Chicago is Proclinical's newest and fastest growing office. We are actively searching for a Recruitment Consultant to help further grow the office's already stellar reputation and break us into new markets.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for generating your own leads and winning business within your assigned niche vertical market. You will be building mutually beneficial relationships with both candidates and clients to place the highest calibre talent.

What are the minimum qualifications for the position:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- 1+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
- Great oral and written communication skills
- A proven track record of being highly driven, ambitious and goal oriented
