Recruiter - III, Diversity & Inclusion

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Recruiter - III, Diversity and Inclusion, based in Foster City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy to fill positions, create recruiting strategies with the business while incorporating an extensive inclusive and diverse approach.
• Responsible for establishing ongoing relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their business and recruitment needs.
• Responsible for the life-cycle of the recruiting process.
• Utilize prior experience in filling positions to attract candidates that maintain corporate culture, mission, and vision.
• Manage external search firms when vendor services are needed.
• Participate in any/all relevant recruitment functions.

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience in proposing detailed compensation information to candidates, hiring managers and HR Business Partners and conduct salary and offer negotiations.
