Quality Technician

Proclinical are recruiting a Quality Technician for a medical devices and technology organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in 's-Hertogenbosch. The client is focused on streamlining life with innovative products.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality data entry and productivity duties.
• To guarantee efficiency of inspection and testing processes are execute and upheld, you will collaborate with quality assurance engineers and any other team members.
• Review procedure and engineering controls to improve safety and effectiveness.
• You will provide support by collating information throughout FDA and ISO 13485 inspections.
• Produce, evaluate and uphold quality records in assistance of the quality system, such as training, internal audits, NCR and CAPA.
• Conduct relatively multifaceted tasks to assure compliance with quality standards.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in an engineering or scientific field.
• A background in electrical and mechanical duties would be ideal.
• Acquaintance with working in a regulated organisation and/or within a biohazard/lab setting is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality linked function, operating with QSR and/or ISO 13485.
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity producing and examining charts and pareto charts would be beneficial.
• An organised individual with the ability to complete tasks under minimal supervision.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• A high attention to detail.
• Prior involvement in using Lead Six Sigma strategies would be advantageous.
• Physically fit to sit for 70% of the time and stand for 30% of the time.
• Capable of lifting up to 5 pounds.
• Able to manage weights up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• High capacity to operate basic hand tools.
