Quality Manager - Manufacturing

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking to hire a Quality Manager - Manufacturing to their office in Texas. Proclinical is pleased to announce this exciting vacancy that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company whilst bolstering experience in the field of Quality Assurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing 4 specialists (Training, CAPA/Logbooks, Change Controls, and Supplier Quality/Product Reviews) and 1 Document Controller.
• 'Mapping' the business so that questions on QA policies can be directed to the correct department or expert (Engineering, Building Services etc).
• Accurately answering compliance questions coming from CEO level, executive management and all the way down to Mechanics on the shop floor.
• Hosting and handling customer/regulatory audits.

Skills and Requirements:

• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with the FDA is crucial.
• Knowledge and exposure across Training, CAPA/Logbooks, Change Controls, and Supplier Quality/Product Reviews departments.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
