Proclinical, in support of our client, are seeking an individual to fill the role of Quality Engineer, located in Warsaw, IN on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be part of the QE team; assisting with complaint handling.

Responsibilities

Investigate complaints as they arrive from customers, and perform root cause analyses.
Open and close the CAPA if it is an issue they have expertise in (if not coordinate the CAPA process between the relevant departments).

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a CMO environment, including Quality Engineer experience, Medical Device experience, CMO experience and customer complaint experience.
Able to open and close own CAPA and coordinate them as well.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
