Quality Consultants - Deviation Investigators

Proclinical is pleased to announce that one of the pharmaceutical industry's most prestigious and renowned companies has a vacancy for a Quality Consultant - Deviation Investigator position. This company, which prides itself on its extensive history and success across multiple therapy areas, is searching for an exceptional candidate to join their team in Kansas.

Working on-site, the Quality Consultant will perform deviation investigations into a variety of GMP issues. This will be a contract role with an initial 6 month run, with a high possibility for extension. Travel and accommodation will be covered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing deviation investigations into a variety of GMP issues.
• Investigating manufacturing deviations that occur from the environment.
• Investigating deviations that occur from equipment.
• Data gathering, evaluation, assessment, and report writing.
• Using writing software such as Trackwise to author investigation reports.
• Engaging in aseptic processing.
• Using Investigation tools and techniques.
• Where applicable, coaching others to improve their technical writing.

Skills and Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in aseptic processing.
• A thorough understanding of DMAIC process - 6 sigma.
• Green Belt in Root Cause Analysis - investigation tools and techniques.
• Demonstrable experience in Environmental Monitoring, Laboratory Deviations, or Microbiology.
• Solid Engineering experience, including HVAC and Equipment.
• Solid Technical Writing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, persuasion, and coaching.
