Proclinical is currently recruiting for a QC Lab Tech with a pharmaceutical company located in El Segundo, CA. A sucessful candidate will have Bachelor Proclinical is currently recruiting for a QC Lab Tech with a pharmaceutical company located in El Segundo, CA. or Master's degree in biotechnology or related field with 1-2 years of Quality Control experience, knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs and quality control processes, and experience with ELISA, PCR and flow cytometry and/or cell cultures.

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for in-process, final product testing, raw material testing and maintenance of QC instrumentation.
Perform testing of raw materials, intermediates and final products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Practical experience with analytical techniques such as PCR, Flow Cytometry, ELISAS.
Maintain, calibrate and operate equipment and instruments used for cell culturing and testing.
Track and test products according to Stability/study protocols and product specifications.
Monitor data, complete routine record review of test data and related documents for in-process and final product testing.
Maintain lab area and tracking laboratory supplies, following written and/or verbal instructions on aliquoting reagents, following validated system and/or SOPs to process laboratory supplies.
Responsible for maintaining QC documents including filing, generating copies and submission of completed packets to Doc Control.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis software and other related applications.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor or Master's degree in biotechnology or related field with 1-2 years of Quality Control experience, knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs and quality control processes, and experience with ELISA, PCR and flow cytometry and/or cell cultures.
