A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit a Project Manager - Operations to their office in Switzerland. The organisation develops, manufactures, and internationally marketssustainably sourced, next-generation health, wellness, and nutrition ingredients. This role is an exciting opportunity to bring skills and expertise to a leading company and bolster a career in the scientific field.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as technical liaison with the Company's CMOs to insure smooth, safely and on time manufacturing process of top-quality products.
Establish routine communications with CMOs and required personnel and facilitate and document the discussions and follow up actions that are required.
Optimizing and maintaining fermentation and purification principles for manufacturing processes.
Ensure that the translation of processes developed at Lab/Pilot scale are properly laid out and adjusted to fit commercial scale facility.
Monitor and ensure timely execution of various projects in manufacturing, supply chain and quality control.

Skills and Requirements:

BSc/MSc/Ph.D. in chemical engineering, biochemical engineering or related field
3 -6 years of experience developing and/or operating fermentation/DSP/biotech and related manufacturing processes.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
