Production Manager

Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Production Manager position with a leading pharmaceutical company that specialises in innovative bio-pharmaceutical enterprises. Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing GMP production activities at CRO/CMO via on-site visits.
• Preforming deviation, OOS, OOT investigation, and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
• Managing the supply chain for API and RSM, such as identifying, evaluating, and developing CMO/suppliers to support API process R&D and production activities.
• Managing process/product know-how, including technical package, process comparison table, process change record, process/route decision report, process R&D report, and supply chain map, etc.
• Taking part in CMO management by on-going monitoring their performance and developing their capability.
• Managing process development and production captivities for projects at CRO/CMO to ensure well resource & equipment planning and on-time delivery.

Skills and Requirements:

• An M.S. degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of working experience in the area of API process R&D and production.
• Knowledge of cGMP and experience in late phase API project is a must.
• Working experience in (pilot) plant and leading production project (in pilot) plant, demonstrating both project management and scale-up technical skill.
• Experience in site inspection is a plus.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
• Mid Senior Level.
