ProCare EU Supply Planner

Proclinical is partnering with a leading medical technology company to advertise a vacancy for a ProCare EU Supply Planner position. The organisation offers innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine that improve patient and hospital outcomes. Based in the Netherlands, this vacancy is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that is dedicated to improving the healthcare field.

Job Responsibilities:

• The creation of SKU level forecasts for all technical services workshop and field-based repair activities.
• Analysing, having a strategic view, managing inventory matrixes, and driving improvement.
• This position works closely with business leaders and supply sites to provide exceptional communication, coordination, data analysis, and reporting to produce meaningful data-driven insights for Supply Chain and technical support.
• The individual will work with regional Technical Service leaders and operations partners to reconcile and synchronize demand forecasts to improve spare parts product availability while maintaining inventory at targeted levels.

Skills and Requirements:

• BA/BSc related to Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering.

• 2+ years of experience in logistics / supply chain.

• Fluency in English and preferably Dutch, German would be a plus.

• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
