An internationally leading pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit a Plasma OpU Finance Support - FP&A to their office in Switzerland. Specialising in multiple therapy areas, the company boasts a superb pipeline with products that include treatments for diabetes, cancer and asthma. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that operates in over 90 countries across the globe.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the BPA Lead in coordination of the MRP, MYC, and LRF, including preparation of presentations to various Stakeholders.
Assist in the consolidation of OpU monthly financial results and variance commentary along with key messages.
Assists in aligning the mappings between the various finance systems.
Support accounting/controlling of the OpU 'Above Site' Manufacturing and Quality spend.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience.
Financial Planning & Analysis experience (consolidation, reporting, narrative).
Finance ERP-system implementation or integration experience is a strong plus.
Strong business acumen and ability to learn and manage tasks independently.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle) and Hyperion Financial Manager (HFM) is a strong plus.
Swiss Working Permit
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.

Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
