Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Planner - Normal position with one of the most renowned and prestigious organisations in the world. This top ten organisation works across a range of industries from medical devices to pharmaceutical and consumer goods, operating in over 60 countries. This is an exciting opportunity to join their organisation in Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing plans and production schedules for external partners.
  • Efficiently converting global demand requirements into an attainable supply plan for products manufactured by external partners.
  • Planning capacity, S&OP, scheduling material planning, managing inventory and new product launches, and fulfilling external partner orders.
  • Collaborating with the PLAN organization to formally receive WW demand plans, conducting a formal process with the external partners to rationalize supply and demand, and taking capacity and inventory into account.
  • Collaborating with internal and external business partners cycle will be a key success enabler; supporting the process to manage new/moved externally manufactured products and executing NPI launch per NPI stage gates agreed with various stakeholders through scenario planning approach.
  • Supporting External Operations inventory optimisation and customer service improvement program and other optimisation projects as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations required.
  • Experience and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma processes are preferred.
  • An APICS certification is strongly preferred.
  • At least two years of related experience in supply chain management, production planning, and/or materials management.
  • Basic knowledge of planning control systems (ERP), processes is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks to meet priorities and timelines.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
