Paralegal

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Paralegal, based in Foster City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and manage contracts, work orders, confidentiality agreements, etc.

Skills And Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry or law firm experience as a paralegal.
• Must have organizational skills and ability to perform in a high paced, deadline intensive environment.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently meet high standards of quality.
• Ability to work within the company's procedures and independently take ownership for work product.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
