At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Packaging Coordinator, based in Warsaw, IN.

Responsibilities

Pull active packaging Bill of Materials from world wide ERP systems.
Connect packaging bill of materials to Finished Goods product in Adaptiv.
Create packaging phantoms in Adaptiv.
Connect transit qualification and stability documents to Finished Goods in Adaptiv.
Create packaging component items in Adaptiv.
Create/mange change orders in Adaptiv.
Connect material specifications to packaging items in Adaptiv.
Track and manage Finished Goods codes through the overall process.
Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.

Skills And Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Adaptiv experience preferred.
