Proclinical is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a commercial-stage oncology company to be based in Switzerland on a permanent basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, plan and execute Marketing projects to continuously extend the existing promotional material offering for HCPs and patients / caregivers
- Local Marketing Specialist Support: propose and create tools, programs and documents which directly support the sales process in EMEA markets related to new accounts and the development of existing accounts
- Identify key needs and develop educational tools with directly drive HCPs understanding and adoption of a specific company therapy across EMEA
- Continuous Product improvements: Become the product expert for a specific company therapy within the EMEA Marketing Team
- Market research: Track, measure, report and analyse key indicators for the EMEA marketing process.
Skills and Requirements:
- BSc degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent (MSc degree would be an asset)
- operational and strategic marketing experience in a medical devices or pharmaceutical company are mandatory skills
- Experience in oncology is highly appreciated
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvements to develop and implement innovative solutions combined with a strong will to become the product expert for our therapy.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task and to interact effectively with different deadlines and departments
- Excellent tri-lingual (German, English and French) written and oral communication skills are a must for success in this role and any additional European language knowledge is an asset
- Creativity, innovation, out of the box thinking to address complex questions define your professional attitude
