Proclinical is currently seeking a Manager of Operations for a biotechnology company located in Foster City, CA. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and driving various Human Resources projects and actively participates in all other Human Resources initiatives and programs as appropriate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-end support for the business through compensation reviews, talent development, performance management, organizational design, and more.
  • Collaborate with HR management to support employee relations issues.
  • Work with HRBP leads and client groups to understand core capabilities needed to drive business results and support developmental process and initiatives.
  • Help to develop and deliver high quality, effective HR solutions to address identified needs, gaps, and development opportunities across all levels within the organization.
  • Partner with HRBP leads to focus on effectively driving various culture and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs and requests conduct.
  • Support transactional and systems related work in connection organizational changes within client areas.
  • Support as required employee-facing processes such as exit interviews, select onboarding discussions etc.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5+ years' HR generalist work or serving as a member of an HR Center of Excellence, preferably in a biotech/ pharmaceutical organization.
  • Proven experience in development and implementation of various HR initiatives is required.
  • Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work individually.
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and handle diverse assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge and breadth of HR roles, both COE and HRBP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication combined with organizational skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • General knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems strongly preferred.
