Proclinical are recruiting a Lead Solution Architect for a manufacturing organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Oberkochen. The client is focused on developing, creating and delivering highly novel solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and train the solution designers and offer support and advice when needed.
Offer IT architecture assistance in current projects with a high level of innovation, scope and/or cruciality to comprehend the challenges of the division.
You will guide employees, which involves senior IT architects, across territory boundaries.
Produce and drive the transformation roadmap, taking into consideration the framework conditions and dependency towards the goal architecture.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Various years if experience and proficiency in one of the main subjects: EAM, IOT, KI/ML, robotics or cloud.
Numerous years of experience within the field of consulting, introduction, further development or assistance of EAM/IOR/KI/ML/robotics/cloud systems or cloud-connected multifaceted software projects, etc.
Know-how of UML and the use of enterprise architect such as Sparx, iSQI certification such as iSQB CPSA, or similar would be ideal.
A mixture of business, process and IT system proficiency.
Social and leadership abilities.
Identifies the effect as a role model, such as promoting and challenging employees, taking responsibility, targeted delegation, etc.
Works well in a team with the ability to be customer and target focused.
Able to take the initiative.
Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in the German and English languages.
