Proclinical is excited to announce that an opening for a Laboratory Analyst/Assistant position has emerged at a top 10 global pharmaceutical company, that develops innovative products across multiple therapy areas. This respected company is seeking a hard working and talented individual to be recruited to their team in Surrey on a contract basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Carrying out laboratory analysis and associated tasks as required.
Supporting the laboratory team in order to provide an effective analytical service.
Practicing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and complying with EHS regulations within the laboratory.
Maintaining effective working relationships with section, customers, and suppliers and actively contributing to improvement initiatives within the laboratory group and cross-functional teams.
Recording and checking analytical data in compliance with local and company regulations.
Generating and maintaining own training records in order to show analytical and procedural competence.
Involving themselves in projects to support technical functions.

Skills and Requirements:

A bachelor's in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrable knowledge over GMP, with a willingness to learn more.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
An ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with a great attention to detail.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English written and oral skills.
