Proclinical is currently recruiting for a HR SharePoint Admin position with an internationally known biopharmaceutical company with a solid commercial portfolio of life-saving drugs within a number of therapy areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company's California team on a contract basis.

The HR SharePoint Admin will provide support on several centralised HR programs/initiatives, delivering a superior level of customer service. They will support ongoing program management through daily interactions with employees, functional partners, and systems. In addition to ongoing business driven project, the incumbent will support the company Community program, HR's internal SharePoint site, and process expense reimbursement for the function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed research and analysis to support a variety of initiatives within the HR Program Management and across HR Centres of Excellence (COEs).
  • Providing ad-hoc analytical and consultative support to worldwide HRBP organisations.
  • Managing the logistics and coordination of key HR Program Management initiatives, including the company Community Program, the central SharePoint site, and employee engagement; providing clear and timely communications to all team members.
  • Demonstrating commitment to ensure that all line management and stakeholder needs are met by taking personal responsibility for service and quality.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A BS/BS degree.
  • At least 6 years of consulting, project management, and/or HR analytics experience.
  • Biopharma experience preferred but not required.
  • A broad knowledge of HR programs and processes.
  • A strong aptitude for project management with willingness to develop expertise in project management methodologies and tools using internal and external vehicles.
  • An ability to assess and prioritise conflicting business priorities and multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, persuasion, and influencing team members across all levels.
  • A self-motivated mindset with a focus on driving results, attention to detail, and performing with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office.
