HR Shared Services Associate - Employee Relations

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of HR Shared Services Associate - Employee Relations, based in Foster City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise and/or recommend relevant employment relations policies.
• Provide insight and disseminate legal advice to all relevant employees.
• Provide oversight to managers in the areas of coaching and performance management of their direct reports.
• Respond to and investigate complaints involving complex non-privileged employment matters under guidance and supervision from senior Employee Relations management.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive investigation reports which include recommendations for complaint resolution.
• Identify employment law and workplace trends (internally and externally) and assist in the design of training programs on relevant topics.
• Analyze employee relations data to create and develop programs and initiatives that will support the creation of an ideal work environment.

Skills And Qualifications

• Relevant BS or BA and 8+ years of relevant experience, OR MA and 6+ years.
• Broad knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures in Asia.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and provide sound guidance.
• Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the Company.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
