HR Learning & Development Coordinator

A vacancy has arisen for an HR Learning & Development Coordinator with an internationally renowned pharmaceutical company, based in their California office. This organization is known for its solid commercial portfolio of life-saving drugs within a number of therapy areas, along with a growing pipeline of investigational drugs and an unmatched patient access program. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical organization and support their innovative impact on the healthcare field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting Instructor-led classroom course delivery and logistics.
• Supporting vendor partnerships, managing work orders, and scheduling with those partners.
• Managing the Learning & Development Inbox.
• Supporting logistics for the company's mentoring and executive coaching programs.
• Supporting leadership development program logistics, including coordinating with hotels.
• Scheduling L&D project-related meetings with multiple attendees.
• Supporting L&D course marketing efforts as well as internal communications between Learning & Development, HRBPs and other groups.
• Participating in the on-going evolution of the Learning & Development operations, service delivery, and process improvement.
• Providing general status updates, knowledge transfers, and support to the broader Talent, Development, and Inclusion team.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
