Proclinical is working with a word leading biopharmaceutical company that is seeking a Health Economics & Outcomes Research Director/Associate Director to be based in London on a permanent basis.

This role will be focused on developing the value argumentation and payer evidence plan for a portfolio of company marketed and pipeline programs with a particular focus on Phenylketonuria (PKU). Key activities will be to evaluate the and manage the payer evidence plan, support systematic evidence reviews, lead outcomes research projects with medical affairs, develop health economic models and evidence synthesis. Also, this will support reimbursement processes with the development of reimbursement dossiers and adaption of models.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead payer evidence plan to support the payer value argumentation
Develop evidence via systematic reviews and outcomes research
Develop and adapt health economic modelling for products
Drive and lead the EUMEA payer planning for pipeline programs
Support publications on evidence which supports the value argumentation
Support reimbursement and economic submissions across markets
Continue innovation in approaches for HEOR in rare diseases
The scope of the role will be to support the EUMEA regional team and also support other regions in the HEOR Centre of Excellence in EUMEA.

Skills and Requirements:

Ideally, a person with a strong health economic and scientific/healthcare background. Minimally a person with good degree in a relevant subject.
Good to have substantial relevant health economic experience in consulting and in industry, with preference for both and preference for rare disease experience.
