A leading Biotech have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Upstream Manufacturing to join their team in Switzerland. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for the operational activities of a manufacturing unit within a new, state of the art facility.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing Upstream Manufacturing activities with overall responsibility with regards to quality and O.T.I.F.
Managing and developing a team of Production leaders & specialists.
Executiing risk analysis in manufacturing areas.
Executing improvement projects and initiatives for the production plant
Implementing relevant GMP documents for the department
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for any production issues and working with cross functional teams to find solutions.

Skills and Requirements:

Previous leadership experience within a Biologic Manufacturing environment
Master's degree, PhD is an advantage, in Biotechnology or related discipline
Knowledge of Biotechnical Engineering
