ProClincial is working with an emerging medical device company that is seeking a Head of Marketing and Sales to be based in Germany on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Definition and execution of commercial strategy
  • Identification and management of key accounts
  • Organization of a sales team and establishing an international distributor network
  • Contribution to market access strategy and execution

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong experience in marketing & sales of innovative medical products in ophthalmology
  • Knowledge about the various market access opportunities
  • Hands-on attitude and familiar with the highly dynamic environment of an emerging company
  • Strong team-building and communication skills
