Proclinical is seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs for an innovative client, to be based in Switzerland on a contract basis. The role of Head of Regulatory Affairs will be key in project managing registrations into territories such as Latin American Markets, Asia-pacific, Middle-East & North Africa and European markets. This Head of Regulatory Affairs role will create, develop and maintain high quality regulatory compliant documentation for all stated markets and product categories.

Previous experience of stakeholder management and influencing. A proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships and consensus at a senior level will be necessary. You need to be decisive, to challenge and be challenged, and negotiate with and persuade policy makers, regulators and market participants.

As a Head of Regulatory Affairs, you will oversee the strategy implementation while collaborating on the development of the global regulatory strategy.

Provide subject matter expertise on current development and MAA requirements
Develop innovative strategies to drive consumer product development that is compliant with EU guidelines.

Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline
Extensive experience in Regulatory Affairs, Drug Development and leading Consumer Health strategy
Emerging markets experience is desirable
Strong leadership skills, excellent team player, strong communication skills and good team fit
