Head of Medical Evidence

Proclinical is seeking a Head of Medical Evidence t be based in Geneva, Switzerland on a permanent basis. Based in the Geneva region of Switzerland, in an innovative and dynamic environment, you will report to the Head of Medical Affairs and will lead HEOR strategy and programs for all prescription products during and after development.

• Lead Phase IV strategy and programs for all prescription products.
• Supervise IIT requests and program for all prescription products.
• Supervise clinical research grant request and program for all prescription products.

Job Responsibilties:

• Plan and oversee the activities of the Medical Evidence group with the allocated budget
• Develop a senior level team ensuring medical leadership for product value proposition and post-marketing communication:
• As responsible of strategies and plans, ensure proper intra and cross franchises prioritization according to budget constraints.
• Ensure optimized design of studies, analysis of data and proper communication of results across various SIG customers and affiliates.
• Lead activities with good judgment depending on the nature and criticality of the project/situation and potential impact on the outcome (Pricing, Reimbursement, Business & Project risk-based approach).
• As an interface with project and franchise teams, endorse global development, marketing, access and medical strategies, build and ensure alignment, compliance and prioritization of HEOR, phase IV, IIT and scientific collaborations plans, to efficiently support products and franchises needs in terms of data to execute access, marketing and medical plans.
• As the chair of the IIT board, ensure compliant and auditable IIT program: selection process, funding and follow-up.
• Ensure compliant and auditable clinical research collaboration program: selection process, funding and follow-up.

Skills and Requirements:

• MD, preferably completed by a specific master degree in clinical research or HEOR.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Clinical Research, phase IV or HEOR (pharmaceutical industry or academy).
• Senior experience in managing clinical research teams.
• Experience or competency in HEOR.
• Experience in interactions with marketing, market access and medical affairs.
