Head of Corporate Communications

Proclinical is working with a clinical stage Swiss biotech company that is seeking a Head of Corporate Communications to be based in Geneva on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare interesting Press Releases with attractive and short messages
• Prepare interview for CEO
• Organize Roadshow
• Maintain good relationship with Journalists in Switzerland, Europe, and International (Trade Press) and help of CPC
• Keep Journalists database up to date
• General Communication
• Keep standard documents (Business Plan, Business Presentation, Investment Opportunity, Company Profile) up to date with quarterly reviews
• Prepare presentations of AP (including Lectures, political presentations…)
• Keep AP CV up to date (review twice a year) new Layout in 2014
• Support External Affairs
• Assure consistent general communication (e.g. with patients)
• Internal Communication
• Support HR or internal communication and presentations (e.g. for Staff meetings)
• Internal look of company (Posters and pictures)

Skills and Requirements:

• PhD in Sciences (Pharmacy; Biology or Life Sciences, Chemistry)
• Experience in Corporate Communications and/or pharmaceutical industry is an asset
• High motivation for the Corporate Communications field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Attention for details
• Ability to build effective working relationships within the company and with external partners
• Team player
• Fluency in English and French is a must; German and other language are assets
