Global Product Manager - Regenerative solutions

Proclinical is seeking a Global Product Manager to be based in France on a permanent basis. This role will strengthen our client's Product Management Regenerative Solutions team in France. This role will be suited to a bright, experienced and ambitious Global Product Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire product life cycle of specific product families/brands within
  the company's portfolio
• Define the product/brand vision and strategy as well as portfolio roadmap
• Close collaboration with internal and external R&D teams to identify and develop new innovative solutions
• Successfully and timely launch new solutions
• Definition of the product value proposition, positioning and complete marketing mix
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and collecting Voice of Customer.
• Work with the sales channels globally as well as with key customers and experts to maximize the commercial potential

Skills and Requirements:

• Solid education (BSc/MSc) within medical technology, product management, marketing or business administration.
• Strong product management experience from the dental industry (ideally, regenerative/ biologics)
• Proven track record within the dental field of successfully bring innovative products to the market
• Demonstrated high level of ambition, initiative and drive
• High degree of curiosity, creativity and intuition
• Strong project management skills and experience to work cross-functionally and in multi-cultural teams
• Able to work in a dynamic and international environment
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, and ability to effectively communicate with health care providers
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into business opportunities
• Strong, convincing, trustworthy and highly ethical person
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
• Fluent in spoken and written English, additional European languages are an asset
