An international pharmaceutical organisation is advertising a vacancy for a FP&A Contractor, based in their office in Switzerland. The company is known for developing treatments for conditions where the impact of medicines can make an immediate and tangible difference across Neuroscience, Rare Diseases, and other medical sectors. This will be a contract position.

Job Responsibilities:

Month End Close accounting & reporting support with formal documentation of process.
P&L ownership for COGS Variances and Standard Costing calculations for externally manufactured products in the OpU. This includes PPV, inventory changes and inventory write-off/reserve analysis.
Establish formal process to track and manage inventory along with the appropriate accounting transactions
Provide financial support for all External Supply analysis across portfolio of products
Focus on making recommendations for enhancing existing processes and developing financial models and business case analysis used in supporting key decisions
Oversee CMO reconciliations on a quarterly basis and serve as the liaison with internal and external auditors during quarter-end/year-end audits
Provide support & guidelines for non-standard/ad-hoc financial requests.

Skills and Requirements:

A university degree in a relevant subject matter is preferable.
Demonstrable experience in a similar or relevant capacity.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
