EU - Brand Manager

Proclinical is seeking a Brand Manager to be based anywhere in Europe on a permanent basis. The (Senior) Brand Manager, Biosimilars will be responsible for supporting the successful launch of a biosimilar portfolio in Europe, taking responsibility for several critical workstreams and projects. Job Description We are looking for someone to drive and support the Biologics business in Europe and this person will be based from one of our key offices in Europe.

This person will be responsible for leading key initiatives to drive the launch of biosimilars portfolio in Europe. He/she will play an integral role in the Biosimilar business and be responsible for supporting marketing strategies and tactics to support affiliates.

The individual must inspire direct sales forces and work well across certain regions.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2-5 years of marketing experience for the Product manager role and 5-7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience for the Senior role is mandatory
• Pharmaceutical and/or Bio-tech marketing experience within Europe or at a European regional level strongly preferred
• Affiliate level marketing experience industry highly desired Clear understanding of the various market access and payer environments in Germany
• Experience working in international environments (ideally with U.S. based colleagues)
• Strategic and tactical thinking
• Experience leading/supporting 1 or more product launches
• Experience with biosimilars (either launch or defense strategy)
• Experience/deep knowledge of biologics - especially in the areas of Immunology or Oncology
• Fluency in English required; other European language a plus Education MBA or advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD) preferred
