Proclinical are recruiting an ERP Program Manager SAP Transformation for a consultancy. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Switzerland such as Zurich, Bern or Basel.

Responsibilities:

Arrange all actions within the project or sub-project.
Produce the alignment with the decision-makers and guarantee the required transparency within the project.
Execute ERP and SAP projects with a focus on strategy development, system review, migrations and transformations, with a focus on S/4HANA for our customers.
Handle multifaceted ERP transformations at the general project or sub-project level and assist with guaranteeing that the projects are successfully executed in the outlined quality and in the specified time and budget framework.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
Various years of experience in project management within the context of ERP from consulting, an internal project management division or from executions.
Familiarity with multiple project management strategies such as agile and classic.
Previous work experience from one or more of the following divisions: industry, pharmaceuticals, MedTech, trade, logistics, energy suppliers or the public sector.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
