Entry - level CPA

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Entry - level CPA to join a global biopharmaceutical company based in Foster City, CA. A very patient-focused company, who scientific research has resulted in 15 marketed products that are benefitting hundreds of thousands of people, a pipeline of late-stage drug candidates and unmatched patient access programs to ensure medications are available to those who could otherwise not afford them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tracking and preparing study-specific information utilizing databases, spreadsheets, and other tools.
• Processes drug shipments, drug returns, and assists with in-house drug reconciliation.
• Drafts meeting agendas and assists in preparing meeting minutes. (Interacts with other departments, as directed, to complete assigned tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.

Skills and Requirements:

• BS/BA in related field, required
• Excellent organization and time management skills is a must
• Excitement to learn and the ability to do so quickly
• Must have time management skills
• Must be Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of FDA and or EMEA Regulations, ICH Guidelines, GCPs, and/or familiarity with standard clinical operating procedures is a plus.
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
