Proclinical is seeking a EMEA Sales Leader for an innovative biotechnology company, to be based in Europe on a permanent basis. Reporting to the VP Global Sales & Service, the EMEA Analytical Sales Leader is responsible for driving the sales team towards key corporate objectives: sales excellence, profitable growth and strategic positioning. Supports VP Global Sales & Service in the design of EMEA business and sales strategies. Ensure Emerging Territory Sales execution is supported in case of product positioning and pre-sales execution needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the EMEA Business Line Leaders to achieve top-class product positioning, generating competitive advantage and brand recognition. Provides sales direction with focus on business expansion activities in the EMEA market.
- Drives the Sales organization to provide innovative sales solutions, focusing on the value driven by breakthrough solutions on new Application and Methods.
- Focused on the growth of the company's market share in alignment with business goals.
- Designs and enforces business differentiator strategies for profitable growth and business expansion.
- Provides direction on direct / indirect sales channels.
- Ensures that the sales strategy supports margin growth for further business investments.
- Owns the European Sales P&L. Manages Business Review at EMEA level and is responsible for providing accurate forecasting reporting.
- Is accountable of the WER sales strategy and execution. Plans, develops and maintains the Sales organization and leadership.
- Leads Regional Sales Leaders to an efficient sales organization, focusing also on business development activities, generating and maximizing the revenues of PKI product portfolio.
- Communicates and supports established sales targets and metrics and manages constant feedback on sales results. Manages Unions Agreements for Sales Plans where necessary.
- Provides guidance and approvals in case of business escalation.
- Ensures the adoption of corporate sales tools and methodologies in EMEA.
- Leads the best-in-class organizational design to drive a profitable growth. Defines the values and behaviours focusing on continuous development and the achievement of bold corporate goals.
- Fosters active collaboration and positive communication between teams, challenging them to deliver constant value to the internal and external customers.
- Drives people development in line with organizational design and business goals, focusing on excellence and "can-do" attitude.
- Enhances a culture of talent, based on recognized competencies and tangible results. Drives effective succession plans providing relevant opportunities for development within the organization.
- Generates a solid professional network within the organization and with key customers at national and international level. Is highly recognized within the professional environment for personal standing and professional competencies.

- Bachelor's degree (Molecular Biology, Analytical Chemistry or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Several years of sales experience in the responsible product line category with relevant experience.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of market (>5 years).
- Internal processes knowledge.
- Effective knowledge of products, services and Company selling tools as well as PKI's competitors' products.
- Fluent in English.
