An international pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit a Document Control Assistant to their office in Philadelphia. This organization is a leading presence in the field of generic and speciality medicines, boasting over 35,000 unique products. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that pushes the boundaries of sciences with API and biopharmaceutical products.
The Document Control Assisant will provide onsite GMP document management system support, utilizing several Software Systems in support of the company's Combination Product & Device R&D.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing updates to the HRM system in support of business operations relating to the United Kingdom leaving the European Union.
- Ensuring the entry of accurate, complete and timely Regulatory Information into the HRM system.
- Provide detailed updates at key milestones to ensure all activities are completed on time and within the project plan.
Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrable ability to quickly master new software systems.
- Ability to build on previous software experience and apply to new systems.
- Has a working knowledge of Data Integrity and GMP regulations as they pertain to controlled documents.
- Is familiar with Document lifecycles and workflows within EDMS.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
