Director, Corporate Accounts

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Director of Corporate Accounts, based in San Francisco, CA. This position is responsible for vendor account management for Commercial and Clinical Apheresis Network for the West region. This position will drive day-to-day business results, including the management of a regional financial plan, maintenance of communications with all levels in the organization, analysis of data to develop and implement regional strategies, account business plans, responses to market changes and establishment of goals and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Corporate Account Managers in the West region.
• Develop and implement a regional business plan to maximize business opportunities and achieve/exceed corporate account and market access/reimbursement goals.
• Set and communicate performance expectations and goals and how these contribute to the overall strategy.
• Promote a customer-centered culture that strives to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations by educating and developing rapport with external customers.
• Elicit feedback and respond to customer requests.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA/BS required, preferably in business or science.
• 10 years of Pharma/Biotech experience required.
• 3-5 years of corporate account, reimbursement, market access, and or sales leadership experience required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clear track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
