Digital Services Lead/Director

Proclinical are in search for a Digital Servcies Director to establish digital solutions in Singapore/ Hong Kong. The talented individual will work alongisde a team of business managers to propose effective solutions to address client needs and establish the organisation as an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities

• In consultation with the regional leadership team, develop the overall strategic and resourcing plan for the organisation's digital solutions to achieve business objectives and financial targets
• Work closely with internal business development and operations teams to create and deliver market leading digital solutions
• Identify new technologies and industry/competitive trends and utilize this knowledge to enhance MIMS digital client solutions
• In collaboration with the Business Managers, lead new business development activities for digital service solutions through industry leading pitches and proposal development
• Establish workflows and SOPs to enable digital and operations teams to effectively and efficiently deliver digital solutions and continually optimize
• Ensure appropriate technical, legal and risk assessments are taken into consideration for all proposed / delivered digital solutions
• Monitor and evaluate delivery and take corrective action as necessary to ensure on-brief, on-time and on-budget delivery of digital solutions
• Liaise with third-party suppliers, internal teams and clients as necessary throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Develop trusted relationships with key clients and maintain a deep understanding of their needs to proactively provide tailored and insightful consultancy on digital MedComms solutions

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 7 years working in a digital solutions role within an agency or equivalent environment
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the healthcare professional / prescription medicine healthcare sector
• Experience across a range of key technology platforms, enterprise systems and solutions
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, translate client needs into viable solutions and effectively communicate these
• Highly organized and detail orientated, with ability to prioritize work of self and others within a deadline driven environment
• Strong sense of ownership of process and results
• Ability to find efficient and effective solutions to complex problems
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing direct reports and/or others across a matrix organizatio
• Self-motivated with proven ability to motivate others
