At Proclinical, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Digital Learning Manager: Clinical Operations, based in Foster City, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing e-learning and electronic performance modules/solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop digital/e-learning modules, videos and electronic performance solutions, focused on building technical, business and leadership capabilities or a blend of these for a variety of audiences, partners and professionals.
Identify relevant interactive design alternatives that will most effectively and efficiently accomplish the business objectives and learning outcomes.
Develop course content based on approved storyboards.
Develop e-learning content using approved designs and defined styles and templates consistent with agreed upon business and systems requirements.
Develops components for e-learning/web-based solutions.
Runs pilot test programs for content based on test plans and resolves problems found in testing
Ensures that web-based learning modules comply with relevant tracking requirements.
Develops video-based performance solutions including all aspects of planning, filming and editing.
Support the creation and maintenance of relevant tools, templates and processes.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of the learning and performance solutions using digital learning solutions
Maintain ongoing and productive relationships with SMEs and external vendors.

Skills And Qualifications

BA/BS degree and 4-5 years of related experience.
Experience with adult learning principles, e-learning tools, and video development tools.
