Data Migration Specialist

Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Data Migration Specialist with one of the largest workforce management solutions companies in the world. This organisation, which specialises in multiple scientific and engineering sectors, is seeking for a hard-working Data Migration expert to join their team in California.

Job Responsibilities:

• Migrating, renaming, and de-identifying electronic records from multiple storage devices (CDs, hard drives, and network storage locations) from across multiple clinical studies.
• Handling highly confidential clinical data utilising basic computer skills with consistency and accuracy, following technical work instructions to validate data migration and de-identification, and documenting all work for audit trail purposes.
• Constructively interacting with data management and clinical research representatives.

Skills and Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent with evidence of high academic achievement.
• At least 2 years of general office experience and office computer use.
• Demonstrable experience with troubleshooting and processing issues.
• Capable of working in a team, analysing, and working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solving problems.

• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
