Data Analyst, Talent Acquisition

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Data Analyst of Talent Acquisition, located in Foster City, CA on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with TA leadership team to use data to influence recruitment strategy and contribute to the success of the organization. Your expertise will influence decisions made at the highest levels of the company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, visualize, and provide analytics on data to build reporting solutions to support the Talent Acquisition team reporting needs and initiatives.
• Design and set up automated dashboards for key metrics, extract the insights that will have the biggest impact, and share a narrative indicative of the data.
• Be flexible and work on ad hoc and special projects based on changing business needs.
• Conduct analyses in the areas of talent acquisition, mobility and diversity.
• Leverage data to analyze and identify improvements opportunities within TA and business
• Connect data from different sources to uncover insights and support actionable solutions.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
• Partner with the recruiters to translate findings into storytelling and actionable business insights.

Skills And Qualifications

• BS in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Analysis.
• Data analysis skills and proven analytical experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint focus).
