A leading human resources company is seeking to recruit an Operations Data Analyst. The Operations Data Analyst role is part of the Global Operational Excellence team within the Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology (PO&T) organisation. The team is responsible for creating value in PO&T data analytics, delivering effective KPIs, and business intelligence dashboards. The role is cross-functional, working with stakeholders throughout PO&T and specifically in Global Supply Chain. They will be responsible for data source management and dashboard visualization of key operational KPIs that support the business process network wide.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing analytics support to operations groups as requested under the guidance of the Analytics group leader.
  • Acquiring, harmonising, and cleansing data from back-end systems and other sources to be used in BI dashboards.
  • Developing and maintaining Alteryx workflows that support Tableau dashboards.
  • Developing and maintaining electronic Tableau dashboards to support analytics initiatives.
  • Participating as a supporting team member for the Central and Local Reliability Room business processes.
  • Providing expertise for exploration, extraction, and integration of data using integrated platforms and deployment of highly interactive dashboards.
  • Developing sustainable and automated data management solutions for analytics workstreams.
  • Developing new KPIs and revising existing KPIs related to supply chain operations (Plan-Source-Make-Deliver).
  • Creating and maintaining documentation in relation to analytics business processes to help facilitate governance.
  • Contributing to the preparation of a road map for design and implementation of supply chain predictive analytics.
  • Developing data acquisition from ERP systems.
  • Developing data quality and trust value KPIs for existing data sets.
  • Redesigning, updating, and standardising Tableau dashboards.
  • Developing E2E supply chain visualisations.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar or comparable capacity.
  • Proven statistical and data capabilities.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
